The Regional Services Department coordinates the City’s roles and responsibilities in the Regional District of the Central Okanagan and facilitates valley-wide initiatives such as regional transit service and regional environmental initiatives.

The Real Estate Department is responsible for the fair and equitable acquisition, disposition, development, management and maintenance of the City’s real estate assets.
The department also oversees the administration of the City's rental properties, Concession Opportunities, and the Bernard Avenue sidewalk program.
