Clement House

The historic place is the two-storey, brick Clement House, built in 1912 in the Foursquare style as part of a large agricultural-residential complex located at 1049 Borden Avenue, in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood. The Clement Barn, located at 1019 Borden Avenue, is a separate historic place that forms part of the complex, and is described separately.

Clement Barn

The historic place is the two-storey, brick and timber-frame Clement Barn at 1019 Borden Avenue, built as a horse barn in 1912 as part of a large residential / farm complex owned by Charles G. Clement. The barn has subsequently been converted to residential use. It is located in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood.

Knowles House

The historic place is the single-storey Knowles House, built in 1907 with subsequent additions, located at 865 Bernard Avenue in Kelowna's historic North Central neighbourhood, and now part of a municipal park.

Leckie House

The historic place is the two-storey, wood-sided Leckie House and its landscaped front yard open to the public street, built in the Queen Anne style in 1906 and located at 781 Bernard Avenue, in Kelowna's historic North Central neighbourhood.
