Mini and Me Go to Bootcamp! - Friday 1:00 PM (Jan 10 - Mar 14)
NO need for childcare! YOU will get a workout while your little one gets to PLAY! This class is a Bootcamp style workout appropriate for all levels of fitness that will build strength and leave you energized. This class does not focus on post-natal care. It is open to all guardians with their babes & toddlers 3 months to 2 years.
Latin Dance Series - Tuesday 7:00 PM (Feb 18 - Mar 25)
Join us for a fun, upbeat class learning the various Latin styles of dance. This course will cover Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata. Learn all the basics plus a few moves so that you can stay on the dance floor regardless of the musical genre. No previous dance experience required, singles and couples are welcome.
Photography: DSLR and Mirrorless Cameras - Monday 6:30 PM (Jan 13 - Mar 10)
This course is designed to provide a firm foundation in photography to the student interested in learning more about the functions of their cameras and how to take better photos. The course is eight sessions (16 hours total) and deals with depth of field, aperture, shutter speed, shooting modes, white balance, ISO, flash, and many other areas. A book written by the instructor is included; it is recommended that you bring the camera's instruction manual (electronic or paper) when you come.
Intro to F.A.M.E (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) - Monday 1:00 PM (Mar 3 - Mar 27)
Intro to FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a community-based program for stroke survivors and is designed specifically and proven to improve fitness, mobility and strength. The small group class includes functional strength, agility and balance exercises. Suitable for people at any time after stroke who can stand for 5 minutes, walk for four metres (even with a walking aid) and communicate with the instructor.REGISTRATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE BY REFERRAL TROUGH INTERIOR HEALTH CLINICIANS
