The two-step is the most popular style of country dance. You’ve probably encountered it anywhere where people have been dancing to country music. can be danced in bars and nightclubs to weddings, socials, and other events. The two-step is a smooth, progressive partner dance that travels counterclockwise around the dance floor. It involves weaved patterns and a series of rhythm accents consisting of quick and slow steps.

Line Dancing - Tuesday 6:45 PM (Jan 14 - Feb 4)

Learn the basic steps of some of the most popular beginner line dances. No experience necessary - this is pure fun! Line dancing is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is a wonderful way to stay healthy and to socialize. You don't need a partner to line dance, solo dancers welcome. So what are you waiting for? Get up, grab your boots or sneakers and we'll see ya out there on the dance floor!

Painting Watercolours - Monday 6:00 PM (Jan 13 - Mar 10)

Basic drawing skill is required.Both beginners and intermediate students are welcome.Are you looking for a foundational watercolor course that will cover all the basics? Explore and learn how to effectively use the principles of composition, demystify color theory, temperature, intensity, tint, and shade, and apply these skills confidently while developing your painting from start to finish. We will establish a dialogue with all the students to have critiques that will help everyone increase their understanding and skills.Please bring a notebook/sketchbook pencil or pen to the first class.

Watercolour and Drawing - Friday 6:30 PM (Jan 3 - Mar 14)

Learn a variety of skills and techniques through practical application. The first class will cover the basics of drawing with a step by step painting per class. This is a perfect class for beginner to intermediate artists.This class is designed to teach you the most techniques and skills in the shortest amount of time. Classes are kept small to allow for individual assistance and guidance to meet each student skill level. All supplies are included.

Acrylic Landscapes - Classic & Contemporary - Monday 6:30 PM (Jan 13 - Mar 10)

Create a landscape painting using heavy body acrylic paint on canvas in a wide range of techniques in contemporary styles. Step by step demonstrations will be given throughout the painting process with a general focus on composition, color mixing and achieving depth. Students will also learn blending, layering and glazing techniques to achieve landscape elements, and loosen up with bold brushwork, texture medium and palette knife strokes for an abstracted, gestural style. Supply list given at time of registration. Canvas is provided.
