George Meikle House

The Meikle House is a one and one-half storey wood-frame Edwardian era residence, distinguished by its steep pitched gambrel roof. The house is located mid-block on the south side of Lawrence Avenue, on the edge of downtown Kelowna on a street of houses of a similar scale but of mixed periods, with an alley that runs beside the property and an open schoolyard across the alley to the west.

Brigadier Angle Armoury

The historic place is the single-storey wood-sided Brigadier Angle Armoury, built in 1904 with formal massing, and located at 720 Lawrence Avenue, in Kelowna's North Central neighbourhood. The Women's Institute next door on Lawrence Avenue and the brick school across the street are closely associated with the historic place, but do not comprise part of it.

Davies House

The Davies House is a two-storey, wood-frame Edwardian era residence with a front gabled roof. The house is located mid-block on a steeply sloping site on a short residential street in Kelowna's Glenmore neighbourhood. With its west facing aspect and location on a sloped site, this house has good distant views to the west.

Second Mallam House

The Second Mallam House is a large, two-storey wood-frame Edwardian era farm house, located in the rural Okanagan Mission area of Kelowna. This house is situated on a large east sloping site, with numerous mature trees and a broad lawn overlooking Lake Okanagan.

First Mallam House

The historic place is the two-storey log (first) Mallam House, built in 1900 in a rural vernacular manner at 4845 Lakeshore Road, in the Okanagan Mission sector of Kelowna, and now a part of the Summerhill Estate Winery.

Surtees House

The historic place is the rural, 1.5-storey wood-frame Surtees House, built around 1912 at 4639 Lakeshore Road, in Kelowna's Mission Sector. The Surtees House is closely associated to the dairy barn on the same property.
