Brown House

The historic place is the 1.5-storey white, wood-sided Brown House, built in 1940 in the Cape Cod Cottage style, and located at 1826 Maple Street in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood, within the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area.

Stubbs House

The Stubbs House is a rambling, one and one-half storey wood-frame Craftsman style residence, with substantial but sympathetic additions. The house, surrounded by broad lawns, is located on a large, rural property in Kelowna's Mission neighbourhood, far removed from the city centre. Located on the property are various agricultural outbuildings, sheds and a complementary garage, and there are views to Okanagan Lake from the house and rear yards.

N.D. McTavish House

The historic place is in the one-and-one-half-storey, wood-frame N.D. McTavish House, built in 1912 as a hipped-roof cottage with Arts and Crafts character, and located at 710 Sutherland Avenue in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood.

Winter House

The historic place is the one-and-one-half-storey, wood-frame Winter House, built in 1939 in cottage form, and located at 815 Bernard Avenue in Kelowna's North Central neighbourhood

Pettman House

The Pettman House is a one and one-half storey wood-frame, Cape Cod style residence. The house is located on a residential street south of the downtown core, in Kelowna's historic Abbott Street neighbourhood amidst houses of a similar style, scale and age.

MacLean House

The historic place is the two-storey, wood-sided MacLean House, a building in the Georgian Revival Style, built in 1942 and located in the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood.

Gaddes House

The Gaddes House is a one and one-half storey wood-frame, stucco-clad house, identifiable by its symmetrical design and steep side gabled roof. It is located mid-block on quiet, well treed and unusually wide Maple Street in Kelowna's Abbott Street historic neighbourhood amidst residences of a similar age and scale.

The historic place is the 1.5-storey, wood-sided Dawson-Monteith House, built in 1941 in the Cape Cod Cottage Style at 1842 Maple Street in Kelowna's South Central neighbourhood, and located within the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area.
