Food trucks, food trailers, and mobile retailers where the goods are sold from a vehicle or thing that is intended to be mobile are required to follow the below regulations.

All concession and vendor operators must:  

Bed and breakfasts can only occur if there is one dwelling unit on the lot within zones A1, A2, RR1, RR2. A bed and breakfast can have up to four rooms for accommodation, and one parking stall must be provided for each room.

The mobile business licence program - delivered in partnership with the Provincial Ministry of Small Business and Revenue – enables businesses to operate in a participating community outside Kelowna. Qualifying business can add an inter-community mobile business licence to their existing business licence for an annual fee of $150.
