Support Worker-Cooking Lifestyles (2 hours) - Tuesday 10:30 AM (Jan 14 - Mar 4)

Support persons that will be attending the Cooking Lifestyles program with their client and will participate in the creating of the meal. They will also be included in enjoying the meal if they are signed up. If they are not planning to eat, they do not need to sign up. This paid spot is transferrable in case the same support person is unavailable each week.

Pickleball - Learn to Play - Beginner - Sunday 1:45 PM (Mar 2 - Mar 16)

Pickleball is a net court game that uses lightweight paddles and a plastic, perforated ball. It is like a slowed down version of tennis. This sport is easy to learn and is a valuable development aid in eye-hand coordination, exercise and gross motor skill training. While fun for everyone, this sport does require at least a moderate level of physical agility. Paddles provided for use if required.
