Regular park hours are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Beach access hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
SEASONAL PARKS WASHROOM CLOSURE: Beginning October 16, all park washrooms and water fountains have been closed to prevent pipes from freezing during the winter season. Washrooms remain open however, at City Park, Gerstmar Park, Boyce-Gyro Beach Park, Rowcliffe Park and Rutland Centennial Park from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., as well as Stuart Park and Queensway from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Ben Lee Park includes a water park, accessible playground, skateboard park, basketball courts, trails and plenty of green space to have a picnic with the family. In the fall, the trees at Ben Lee Park boast vibrant shades of red and orange. The park officially opened in 2001, named after former teacher and City Councillor Ben Lee, who served on Council for 23 years and was honoured with the Freedom of the City Award in 2001. He championed many innovative programs, facilities and services for children of all ages. Ben Lee Park officially opened on June 24, 2001.

Hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
