DP: A Development Permit to review the form and character of a mixed use development consisting of 3 towers, over 2 podiums that contain commercial space and parking. The initial proposal contains: 240 residential units in 24 storey Tower ‘A’, 360 residential units in 36 storey Tower ‘B’, and 216 hotel units in 18 storey Tower ‘C’. A mass timber pedestrian bridge is proposed to connect both sites across Leon Avenue, providing joint access to parking. Parking is initially proposed at 748 stalls located only on the north side of Leon Ave with one level of underground parking and the remaining above grade.
