A Development Variance Permit to consider 4 variances: 1) A height variance from 76.5 metres to 94 metres for Tower A and 131 metres for Tower B. 2) A parking variance to reduce the total required parking stalls by 141 stalls (from 889 stalls required to 748 stalls proposed). 3) A variance to reduce the number of short-term bicycle parking stalls from 120 stalls to 37 stalls. 4) A variance to the Sign Bylaw to permit the size of Two Digital Display Boards.
