<p>Real Estate Services negotiates and implements real estate transactions involving the purchase, development, and disposal of municipal properties and other forms of land tenure to support civic requirements for roads, parks, utilities and strategic initiatives. Real Estate Services is additionally responsible for: </p>\r\n

\t<li>preparing land cost estimates for projects, </li>\r\n
\t<li>preparing land acquisition, disposition and assembly plans and, </li>\r\n
