<p>The <a href="https://www.kelowna.ca/sites/files/1/docs/community/pesticide_regulation_bylaw_no._9920.pdf">Pesticide Bylaw</a>, established in 2009, regulates cosmetic, nonessential pesticide usage on residential properties. Pesticides include such products as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides and weed and feed type products.
