<p>Property Management provides quality management services to all occupants of City owned buildings and properties, maximizes revenues for the use of civic property and maintains leases, licenses, contracts and agreements for the use of various City assets.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>Real Estate Services</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Real Estate Services negotiates and implements real estate transactions involving the purchase, development, and disposal of municipal properties and other forms of land tenure to support civic requirements for roads, parks, utilities and strategic initiatives. Real Estate Services is additionally responsible for: </p>\r\n

\t<li>preparing land cost estimates for projects, </li>\r\n
\t<li>preparing land acquisition, disposition and assembly plans and, </li>\r\n
