The Nuisance Controlled Substance Bylaw is established to regulate, prohibit and impose requirements respecting nuisances, noxious or offensive trades, and health and safety matters. This bylaw follows the standards under the Building Code, British Columbia Fire Code, Health Act, Safety Standards Act.
