Miscellaneous Fees and Charges Bylaw

The bylaw outlines fees for services provided by the city or for the use of municipal property, as well as outlining the city’s authority over these matters. Fees include costs for providing photocopies of city council minutes, tax certificates, title searches, human resources records searches, and police reports, as well as biosolids processing fees and dark fiber leases.

Airport Fees Bylaw

The Airport Fees Bylaw sets the fees for use of Kelowna International Airport terminal space and lands. It outlines the fees for aircraft landing, aircraft parking, fuel concession, air terminal building space, and an airport improvement fee charged to departing passengers. It includes the authority for the Airport Director to approve a temporary reduction in aircraft landing fees for inauguration of a new air service.
