Through the City of Kelowna's Unsolicited Proposal Program, we are looking for innovative solutions and ideas to move priorities forward. This form is a place for you to tell us about your idea and provide key information.

Recommendations:

• Please review the Unsolicited Proposal Program Guide in advance of submitting your idea through the intake form
• The intake form cannot be saved while it is being prepared. Use the Worksheet for Intake Form to gather your information in advance and then copy the information to the intake form when you are ready.

• We will acknowledge receipt of your information within 3 business days;
• If additional information is needed for review, we will contact you. A meeting may be requested;
• Once we have the information we need, we will do our best to provide our response within 45 days.
