13y up. REGISTER OR DROP IN! Each workshop will focus on a single kata, allowing for more fine tuning, as well deeper dives into self-defense applications. This is a great opportunity for karate practitioners to improve specific skills that take more time than a general class allows, or for returning karate practitioners to knock the dust off before returning to class full time. Kata of the class will be chosen based on the participants of each class. All styles and levels are welcome
