The City of Kelowna is seeking for the 2019 season and beyond one contractor to operate the mobile skate rental concession at Stuart Park.

An optional information session will be held on November 30, 2018 at 1pm at City Hall, 4th floor, in the Knox Mountain Meeting Room .

Sealed Submissions clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words “Mobile Food Concession” or “Skate Rental Concession” will be received at the Office of the Property Manager, 1435 Water Street, Kelowna, BC up until 3pm, local time, December 7, 2018. The Submissions will not be opened publicly.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive defects in any Submission documents and to accept any Submission or offer which it may consider to be in the best interest of the City. The lowest, or any Submission or offer will not necessarily be accepted.
